Microsoft Office 2024 Standard for Windows Installation Guide
Download, install, and activate Microsoft Office 2024 Standard using the steps below.
Important: The key you received is a prepaid activation code and may not work with software already pre-installed on your computer. Remove old Office versions first, restart your device, then use the installer below.

Open Control Panel, select Programs and Features, find Microsoft Office, right-click it, and choose Uninstall. Follow the wizard, then restart your computer.
Go to Downloads, locate Office_2024_EN_standard_64Bits.exe, right-click it, select Run as administrator, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Select the Install button to extract the application and begin installation.
Open Word, Excel, or another Office app. Enter your product key when prompted and follow the activation steps.
If the prompt does not appear, open Word, go to File > Account, and enter the key in the activation section. If the key is not entered, Office may switch to trial mode later.
Open an Office app, go to File > Account, choose Activate Product, select Enter Product Key, and enter your key. If online activation is not available, choose phone activation and follow the Microsoft activation portal instructions.
